Going With The Flow

I have just accepted the fact.  I am no longer in denial.

I'm not fond of it but I am trying to just be with it.

I took over your denial. It foreshadows the longest of our seasons and I am totally unprepared for that one!

Denial is a "safe" place, but it can become a prison. I'm glad that you are finding your acceptance...stepping up, out, and into "what is". Being. That's a good place to begin. xo

While denial simply puts off the inevitable, sometimes that’s not such a bad thing. In fact, sometimes it’s necessary. There are times it takes us awhile to be able to deal with certain matters, to possess the ability to go with the flow.
Just “be” – as peacefully and as calmly as you can.

If your flow looks anything like this fab leaf, go for it!

Whatever it is, and I don't think it is as unimportant as a first white hair - bon courage Kim.

I just discovered your blog and I'm not sure what you are referring to, but if it's the upcoming season of winter...I feel you. I am in Ontario Canada, and absolutely dislike winter {cold} and it gets worse as I get older...
Whatever your "it" is I am sending you warm hugs from a new blogger friend.((x))
