Sneak Peek

Riley and I are headed out on a road trip for the weekend, a long one here in Canada, with limited or no internet access. I wanted to thank everyone who expressed concern about my eyes, they are much, much better today

Thank you.

And here is a sneak peek at my studio space which is being featured by Tracie Hanson today over at her place at mybloominglife.com

And yet another sneak peek of a tiny but great soul that crossed paths with me. I have said "no" to her so far. But she does need another two weeks to let the frostbite on her ears heal before she is officially adopted.

A rescue dog that would fit in the palm of your hand. Very laid back (spent the day in the sweater of a co-worker at my office and didn't make a peep but won over every single heart anyway. She weighs less than one pound and was found running down the highway. She was chased by someone for 18 blocks before she was caught and treated with love and respect. The other details pieced together from a full and proper veterinary examination you don't want to hear. Sometimes people just break my heart.

Have a wonderful trip - I look forward to hearing about it when you get back. Sometimess it is necessary to get right away from internet and all that - how fantastic that it is still possible without going to the bottom of the ocean.(perhaps there is wifi there too?)
Good news about eyes.
Beautiful studio with necessary dog.
And the puppy! Me too it is heart breaking. But for everyone who does heartless things there are at least 10 who chase a puppy for 18 blocks!
Will think of you on Friday and raise a glass of Cornish beer or something. K x

I don't know if your "no" will remain steadfast with that sweet little one...
Glad the eyes are travel ready. Enjoy the voyage and I am off to look at the studio in the spotlight ! Hugs, my friend !

Studio is very inspiring. The dog...if I was permitted, I'd adopt it immediately. What a face! Have a great time. Don't worry about anything. We'll all be here waiting for your return and all the news fit to print!

We had chihuahuas when I was a kid and they are wonderful, gutsy, loving little dogs... though these days I find myself rather drawn to the big furry carpet in your studio. Have a good time on the trip. How do you manage to get away from internet ability? I thought EVERYPLACE was in reach - even here in the boonies of coastal Oregon!
