*e*'s 41st question was, "When you close your eyes and imagine yourself as passionate, giddy, inspired and joyful ...what are you doing/creating in that moment?" I've been following Karen's photoshop tutorials and recently she posted one on blocking and writing in text so I gave it a whirl, then I fiddled a little more with photoshop for a few cool effects. I really would like to find the time to learn this program properly instead of wasting so many hours trying to figure out how some basic things work.

That's a great tag...I love the effect you've been working on! I wish I knew more about photoshop as well.
So much to learn and do, so little time ! Getting to know photoshop is one of my dreams too !This tage turned out really well!
I love this question a lot. I think creating art came to my mind first too, but the true giddy, passionate joyful stuff comes from when I can be really child-like and play silly games with children, like my little niece Kate , or with adults who know who to play and be silly like my sisters or my hubby(sometimes) or my some of my dearest friends.
Just thinking about the answers to this question made me feel happy !
I hope your weekend has lots of what makes you happy too.
I've justg signed up for an online photoshop course - starts tomorrow. It's with Susan Tuttle. Let me just go find the link for you...
here you go... http://web.me.com/hgtuttle3rd/VPPublic/Welcome.html
It is not the cheapest online course, but i think it should be worth it. I too have been frustrated with my skill levels in this - I keep seeing pictures and thinking "just how do they do that?"
Wonderful tag. Not enough hours in the day, days in the week, weeks in the years, years ...... Right. Some things never change! Photoshop must be on everyone's list!
Liked your Haiku, too. Mr. Dragon got a Mac notebook for his Christmas present. I'm getting a teddy bear. :D :D :D
this turned out great!!
My answer to that question would be when I'm writing - although the giddy part comes after, not during.
thanks for stopping by my blog! I have to agree that I am at my most joyful when creating.
