The Middle Aged Triathlon

1 - get up before the rest of the house to work out on the elliptical/treadmill/rowing machine
2 - bike ride with your son/daughter to school (and back home)
3 - walk the dog for an hour down on the hiking trails

todays exercise:
walking down 10 flights of stairs because one elevator is being repaired and the other was talking too long.

it isn't much but it's something...
