August Break

We went for a scooter ride down to the lake on Sunday.  The rock I picked from my bag to leave behind

for those of you who know what is going on in my world.  So why is it so damn hard?  I am a master at grasping and holding on.  Recently I have heard other people's stories about how they had to let go.  Now I am asking for help.

I wish you had kept that one for yourself...but, in looking at it from a different perspective, perhaps leaving it for someone else is the key to unlocking your need to move on. By leaving it you have given yourself the key to "move on". It is never easy when so much is at stake. But you will do it. You are a warrior woman with a strong spirit. And you have many who love you behind you and beside you to catch you if you stumble.

I'm sending you energy and love and encouragement because if there is anything I know -- a mother can move mountains and do what she knows in her heart is "right".

Sending you big love my Frida! ♥

There are so many similes I can offer in support...the little engine that could being the most famous. Little steps everyday, all the way...you can do it!

If you are a master in holding on you must be a novice in letting go. Feed your courage to let go with trust.
Wish a could be of help.
