Soul Food

Today I am deciding what is going to feed me. Lately I have had trouble digesting many things that I am usually accustomed to eating. I am finding things spicy when before they were never spicy enough. I am often not hungry and yet eat something simply because it is time. I need to hydrate more even though my thirst level, too, has dropped. And yet I feel like I am gaining weight. I am expanding and change is afoot and I can't nor do I want to stop it. Today I am deciding what is going to feed me.

Um...winter is upon us? Change is good, like a vacation? Can't help you with words of wisdom. I only have broad shoulders for you to lean on.

Nourishing yourself sound like a treat and a true show of self love. Why do we forget this need?

Brava to you for remembering today!
Love ya!

Sounds like you are really getting in touch with your SELF - so many of our habits are just that - eat because it's time, don't eat because we think we don't like something....so good when the body/spirit speaks loud enough to call the changes! Love the drawing Kxx

Do we need to know who will be feeding us before we can decide what will be feeding us?

winter...blah. menopause (even peri menopause) - blah, blah and blah. It changes us in so many ways...I hear you on this loud and clear.

Change is afoot, some of it happening to us and then we do what we can to compensate or keep up. Just remember it isn't always your habits that create this change..your body has a mind of it's own. Being "mindful" helps. Feed your soul...what a beautiful idea to work with those changes! xo
